Refund Policy

XtremeTech Studio aims to deliver quality work and fair service. This Refund Policy explains when and how we offer refunds for hosting, domain names, digital products, and custom development. Please read it before you order. Having clear policies helps you shop with confidence.
1. Hosting Services
For hosting (shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, DMCA ignored hosting, or similar):
- 7-day money-back: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are only for the first billing period and only if you request before the 7-day window ends.
- After 7 days: No refunds are given for hosting after the 7-day period. You may still cancel your plan at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next period.
If your plan or invoice states different refund terms, those terms apply.
2. Domain Names
Domain names are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or transferred, we cannot reverse the registration. Domain fees are paid to registrars and are not refundable by us. Please ensure the domain name and spelling are correct before completing your order.
3. Digital Products
Digital products (e.g. themes, modules, add-ons, plugins, or other downloadable software) are non-refundable once you have downloaded or received access. They cannot be "returned" like a physical product. By purchasing, you agree that no refund will be given for digital products after delivery.
4. Custom Development and Completed Work
For custom work (WordPress development, WHMCS setup, web development, design, etc.):
- Before we start substantial work: If you cancel before we have started substantial work (e.g. before design or development has begun), you may request a full refund. We will process it as soon as reasonably possible.
- Work completed and delivered: Once we have completed and delivered the work, we do not offer refunds simply because you do not like the result. We are happy to discuss revisions or changes within the scope of our agreement. If something does not match what we agreed, or if there is an error or missing deliverable on our side, contact us and we will fix it or, where appropriate, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
- Unclear or disputed situations: If it is unclear whether we delivered what was agreed, or if there is a genuine dispute (e.g. we did not deliver as specified), contact us. We will review the case and may offer a refund or other solution where we believe it is fair to do so.
If you have a project agreement or contract with us, the refund terms in that agreement apply where they differ from this policy.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (only where this policy allows):
- Contact us by email at [email protected] or through our client area (support ticket).
- Include your order reference, the service or product, and the reason for your request (e.g. hosting refund within 7 days, cancel before work started).
- We will respond as soon as reasonably possible (usually within a few business days) and tell you whether a refund applies and how it will be processed.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. When We Do Not Offer Refunds
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Domain names — no refunds once registered or transferred.
- Digital products — no refunds after download or access has been provided.
- Hosting — no refunds after the 7-day money-back period.
- Completed/delivered work — no refunds when the work was delivered as agreed and you simply want a refund instead of revisions. We may offer changes or fixes instead.
- Use of our services in breach of our Terms of Service (e.g. illegal use, abuse, or policy violation).
- Failure to provide required access, information, or materials so we could not complete or deliver the work.
- Where your plan or a separate agreement states the service is non-refundable.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, reply to our response and we will review any additional information. We aim to resolve disputes fairly. If you paid by card or another method, you may have rights under your payment provider's dispute process; we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
